And they could both 1HKO each other with Draco Meteor (Hydreigon) or Outrage (Dragonite.)

But Hydreigon is the cooler Pokemon with decent type coverage c:

BUT, Dragonite is the most versatile, and can either be a sweeper, a tank, or a parashuffler.
